A Little Hot Coco, Leopard Print, Music and Blogging

After work today I did a little grocery shopping and got a little naked ..... Haha got ya on that one didn't I  ,  I bought the drink naked , then went to good ole Wally World and spent some Christmas money not all just some.

Then came home made this smoothie so yummy and here's how you can make it too .. well if you want LOL. This is were I got the recipe from Thanks Kandee Johnson http://kandeelandkandeeland.blogspot.com/2012/08/super-smoothie-recipe-even-toddlers-love.html

WHAT YOU NEED:( But you can use whatever you like.)
 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup So Delicious coconut milk (you can use regular milk if you like)
1/2 So Delicious Coconut Milk Vanilla Yogurt
1 scoop of Plant Fusion Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
1 banana
1 individual pack of Sambazon Frozen Acai (the regular one, not the unsweetened one- just one of the packs that come inside the bag- you get 4 in a bag)
1 handful of baby or regular spinach
2 large leaves of Lacinato Kale- it looks like this....
(it's "sweeter" than other types of kale- and loaded with nutrients-you can use as much as you want, but my kids start to make faces if I use more than this! ha ha)

BLEND IT ALL TOGETHER in a blender until it's smooth and a yummy purple color. There shouldn't be any green chunks or pieces, it should just be all smoothe as a smoothie should be!

One of the things I bought with Christmas money is these rocking skinny Leopard print jeans LOL

Then I made some home made
 CANDY CANE WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE

Thanks again Kandee J for this recipe here is a link to here page http://kandeelandkandeeland.blogspot.com/2011/12/my-candy-cane-white-hot-chocolate.html

WHAT YOU NEED:

1 1/4 Cup White Chocolate Chips ( I like the Guittard or Ghirardelli kind)

1 quart or 4 cups Half and Half *half and half is a mixture of half cream and milk that's sold in the dairy section- you could just use 2 more cups of milk and and 2 cups of cream or heavy whipping cream to substitute)

3/4 Heavy Whipping Cream

1/4 Milk

I loved it can you tell
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1 Tablespoon Peppermint Extract (I toned the pepperminty-ness down for you guys, but I like to put 2 Tablespoons)

Candy Canes for stir-stick garnish

DIRECTIONS (aka NOW WHAT?)

In a medium saucepan, mix white chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream over medium heat. Keep stirring until all the chips are melted.

Then, add in the half and half, milk and vanilla and peppermint extract.

Keep on a'stirrin' til it all mixed, melted and warm!
Lex loved it too :)

Now I'm blogging away and listing to music
